For the past six years I've led art direction for Broccoli City Festival. I built the festival's in-house content and social team from the ground up, hired and trained a crew of 10, and set the visual language that carries across every touchpoint, from stage design to merch to social. That work has helped drive a 510% jump in merchandise sales and landed the festival coverage in Rolling Stone and Forbes.

Before that, I spent five years as Lead Photographer and Art Director at Tuckernuck, running high volume e-commerce and campaign photography across the brand's seasonal launches, including new women's sport and kids' categories. I directed on-set teams, models, stylists, assistants, production staff, and kept quality high at a pace most shoots don't allow for.

Outside client work, I run byMonglinh, my independent creative practice. I've produced and art directed Everything Nice DC, a cultural nightlife series that sold 15K+ tickets and generated $500K+ in revenue. I led concept, installation, and public programming for A Crane Upon a Pedestal, a gallery residency that sold out in its opening week. I was commissioned by Red Bull to create a permanent experiential mural at Florida A&M University, and selected by Nike to design three original sneaker colorways for Nike By You x Cultivator.

My interior design work has been featured in The Washington Post.

I'm a fine artist at my core, and my practice centers on the divine feminine and my culture's relationship with beauty. That's the same instinct that shapes every brand and campaign I build.
